History Tour on Thursday 23rd October 2025

Join us for a fascinating journey through time as Edward Barham shares the evolving story of Hole Park, a family estate proudly and lovingly owned by the Barham family since 1911. With a passion for preserving the estate’s legacy, Edward has spent years uncovering its rich history — and collecting rare portraits of its former owners along the way.

In this special talk with unique estate artefacts to enjoy, Edward will unveil several newly acquired portraits, each with its own story to tell, offering fresh insights into the estate’s past and the people who shaped it.

The talks start at 10.30am and last approximately two hours. The ticket price includes coffee/tea beforehand and access to the delights of the 16 acres of gardens afterwards.

Guided Garden Tour on Sunday 19th October 2025
 
Following the popularity of the summer guided gardens tours, Edward is pleased to invite you to enjoy this autumnal guided tour of the gardens. Edward will personally take you around the gardens, sharing details of the history, influences, fascinating facts and insights from more than 100 years since his Great-Grandfather began to create the gardens of Hole Park.

This tour promises not only to showcase the beauty and charm of the gardens but also to reveal the passion and dedication that have gone into creating them.

This guided garden tour is £5 per person plus Garden Entry and should be pre-booked in advance, online. Season Ticket members pay just for the tour but should pre-book to secure places.

Season Ticket holders should select the ticket type "Member" and those without Season Tickets should select "Guest".  Please bring Season Tickets with you on the day.
